We use only high-quality materials, including 18K gold plating over sterling silver (vermeil), ethically sourced gemstones, and genuine freshwater pearls to ensure longevity and a luxurious finish.
How should I care for my jewelry to maintain its shine?
To preserve the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in the provided HELAS pouch and gently wipe it with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and international delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you provide a warranty on your jewelry?
Every HELAS Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
