At HELAS Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original HELAS velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
